Manage patient feedback

A key feature of NHS Choices is the patient feedback facility. This allows members of the public to post comments about their experience with individual service providers. To get tips on how to manage patient comments, including suicide threats and comments that are meant for a different organisation, read the Managing user comments FAQ.

Uploading Quality Accounts

Since June 2010, all health service providers must submit a report about the quality of their services. The Department of Health requires providers to submit their final Quality Account to the Secretary of State by uploading it to the NHS Choices website by June 30 each year.
